Our cakes are a sponge cake style and oil-based, creating a light, moist and flavourful base.

Fillings
All our fillings are made in-house. From the homemade jams, ganaches, and curds, we aim to use the finest ingredients for a delicious cake. We select premium Belgian chocolates, luscious French purees, exquisite pralines and high-quality New Zealand butter to ensure exceptional taste and texture in every bite.

Buttercream
We specialise in Italian Meringue based buttercream cakes. We use pasteurised egg whites and very hot sugar syrup to make the meringue so no raw egg is present and resulting in a not-too-sweet, smooth, silky buttercream.
